Nisemonogatari ED Single – Naisho no Hanashi – ClariS

I never expected this combo, ClariS singing Ryo’s (Supercell) composition is just out of this world. A well known talented composer Ryo plus two talented mysterious ladies known as Clara and Alice is Nisemonogatari’s choice for the ED theme. Which proved to be an excellent choice, producing quite an entertaining ED song, “I’m in love” with “Naisho no Hanashi” at the moment and it’s on loop as I write. The third track “Hontou wa” is quite lovely too. Download, listen, appreciate and please support the original!!

Chiaki’s Winter 2012 Anime Watch List

Chiaki’s Winter 2012 Anime Watch List
This are titles which made it to my list this season, mind you that this selection went through rigorous processes and deliberation. Well actually I just selected my top anime that I already wanted to watch, and selected titles that I would check out to see if it’s worth watching or worth dropping!

#1 on my list is Nisemonogatari. No doubt this would be my #1, since I’m a big Bakemonogatari fan. Watched episode 1 and I fell in love instantly with Nisemonogatari, all I can say while watching was natsukashii.

#2 goes to Zero no Tsukaima Final. Which I already posted my thoughts on. Read here.

#3 is Amagami SS+ plus. Which I also posted earlier on. I just love posting my thoughts on this kind of animes. Read here.

#4 is Highschool DxD. I’ve watched episode 1 and I think it’s great. With all the fanservice here and there, uncensored oppai and just enough blood spilled by the protagonist. What else can I ask for, kawaii girls and oppai service? I’m sold! XD

#5 is Black Rock Shooter, I was like “wow” when I saw BRS on the anime chart for 2012 and thought this must be on my watch list. I do hope it’s as good as the ova was.

#6 goes to Papa no Iukoto o Kikinasai!. You may say not another Haruhi clone, well yes she looks like Yurippe from Angel Beats, which is a Haruhi look alike. Well just the ribbon and the hair and the face. ZOMGWTFBBQ everything looks alike, well except the hair and ribbon colors. Aside from the Haruhi clone stuff, The title made me want to watch this and I do hope I enjoy this romantic comedy anime.

#7 goes to Tantei Opera Milky Holmes 2. If it wasn’t for Xeare telling me to just watch season 1, I would just have forgotten about this title. I dropped season 1 at episode 1 within less than a minute of trying to watch it. But when Xeare told me to just watch it for the sake of watching it. I actually enjoyed this zomgwtfbbq what am I watching. I’m expecting to have the same reaction on this 2nd season.

#8 goes to Rinne No Lagrange. I saw the Mecha theme, and just have to see for myself if it’s worth watching. I will give it a chance at least 2-3 episodes before knowing if it’s worth watching or worth dropping.

#9 is ANOTHER anime. lolwut, yes it’s title is Another. The creators are well reliable for making great titles so perhaps I should pick this Another anime here. Interesting title and interesting characters. I do hope they deliver.

#10 is Ano Natsu de Matteru. A romantic comedy which looks quite interesting. I downloaded episode 1 but have not watched it, will get to see it later when I have the time. I do think it’s good.

#11 is lolwut Kill Me Baby. Just the title sparks some interest. The pictures are also interesting, I do hope that they make it as interesting as I would not drop it at episode 1. XD

#12 is Aquarion Evol. Another Mecha anime this season, and I do hope it’s good as the title says otherwise. Well let’s not judge a book by it’s cover and maybe, just maybe this would be the #1 anime this season. LOL NO WAY, NISEMONOGATARI ALL THE WAY!

WTF IS THIS SHI* HOW DID THIS MAKE IT HERE? Oh well #13 goes to Miniskirt Space Pirates. What’s with the ugly naming trend this season? I do hope this anime is ok to fill my boredom this season. Or if I drop this I would be better off staring at my monitor for 24minutes doing nothing. XD

This maybe on my last number. #14 but I’m looking forward to Senhime Zesshou Symphogear. As the theme is ‘music’ and they got Nana Mizuki. So perhaps they got something to show. I do hope this title goes up a rank by the time I see episode 1.

Zero no Tsukaima Final

Zero no Tsukaima Final
It’s finally here! Zero no Tsukaima’s final season. After 3 fan service filled seasons, they decided it’s about time to end this madness. I wonder if they thought the same with Shakugan no Shana. Anyways I missed this show and i’m really happy to see it end at last. I’m watching season 1 at the moment to refresh me with what story line it may offer, as all I remember was all the lovely girls. Same character lineup, same seiyuu, same animation, same quality, everything about it is the same. So Zero no Tsukaima fans will surely enjoy this last season.

Also, I’m not writing anything about episode 1. As you see on the screenies, there’s more love making in this season. Watch it and enjoy~ XD

Amagami SS+ plus

Yes you read that title right, It’s Amagami SS+ plus. I don’t really know what’s the SS for and now the sequel has + and plus. This time it’s both good news and bad news. The good news is that Episode 1 is out, and that’s what this post is for. The bad news part is that this sequel only has 12 episodes. WTFFFF!! 12 episodes? How would they fit 6 girls’ story arcs in such a short span of time? The most probable and possible way is 2 episodes each, which is very sad for us fans. We could only speculate as of now, but we’ll see in a few weeks how they worked this second season.

2011's Top 10 MOE!

We’ve finally done our MOE list!! You’ll find here our Top 10 beloved ladies from the year 2011. These beautiful ladies made the list with their kawaii looks, style and personalities. And of course, each of the author’s own preferences.

The word is occasionally spelled Moé, and was originally related to a strong interest in a particular type or style of character in video games, anime or manga. “Moe!” is also used within anime fandom as an interjection[citation needed]. Girls who are moe are called moekko (萌えっ娘?) from the honorific “娘” meaning “female child”.

Every year we have memorable moe characters. And this year, we sure had a lot! Ranging from pop idols, aliens, goddesses, detectives, and even ghosts! Its sure hard to choose characters that we are attracted with. I had fun choosing my top 10. Most of which I think are cute and adorable, and they are ones that stood out in their respective shows. This year looks to be promising and I hope it will continue in the following years to come.

Xeare:

As expected with the multitudes of anime this past year, lots of new lovable characters take the limelight with them. With this in mind, choosing a top ten from more characters than there are series’ is a really tough choice, not to mention personal preference. Regardless, each and every one of these characters definitely made a mark on us all of us, heck even a side character who is the definition of bad luck XD

We saw different kinds of MOE this 2011, some adorable kawaii tsunderes and some terrifyingly delicious yanderes. We even have our own meanings to MOE. Whichever or whatever makes us go CUTE is moe.
